AGC partners with prequalified architectural and engineering firms to offer a full-service design/build project. Customers with technically-driven projects need the integration of all parties from conception through completion providing them with a single-source of responsibility and common goal for the entire project. During the design and preconstruction phases, AGC assists the client in the evaluation of their project. We offer conceptual budgets to assist in the funding process, and draft a preliminary construction schedule to determine anticipated completion deadlines. As the general contractor, AGC manages the project through the construction phase to final delivery, saving the customer time and money.
